For some reason, this bag is amazing to me right now… I love bags that you can either wear on your shoulder or have the option of wearing on your forearm. uggghhh I’m drooling…

FIND OF THE MONTH: JUICY COUTURE SANDALS 

I ventured yet again to Marti and Liz and came out with these babies..

Juicy Couture black leather sandals with gold hardware. Original: $230. I got them for $20.

Forever 21 grey peep-toe booties. $26. I cannot WAIT to wear these soon. They are surprisingly comfortable, and have a hidden platform to offset the heel. I’ve never bought shoes from F21 before, so we’ll see how these hold up!

The other day I ran out of foundation, so decided to go to Sephora to look for some more. I practically live in Sephora, so this wasn’t anything new to me haha. When I got there, I couldn’t really find anything that was working for me, and there weren’t many associates available to help me. So I migrated to a department store next door, and looked through all the brands. I came upon the MAC counter, and realized I hadn’t been there in at least 5 years. I asked an employee what would work for me, and he was AMAZING! He basically gave me a mini-makeover and had endless tips on what would work for my skin and coloring. I ended up buying 3 items, and I truly love all of them!

on my way home from school, i had to go to target to get some groceries. ross dress for less is right beside it, so you can guess where i went beforehand… I usually don’t go in ross, but for some reason today i did. I actually found some cute things!

First item: couldn’t find the brand on this one, but it was with the more upscale labels. original price: $95. bought for $25. I apparently really like the front zipper trend.. I’ll wear this with jeans (surprise surprise) and heels for going out. I could also unzip the front and wear as a vest!

Second item: Kensie striped oversize sweater. Original price: $70. bought on clearance for $5.99! It’s not something I’d usually pick out, but for that price I thought I’d try it! I’ll wear it with my white distressed boyfriend jeans and wedges for summer. 

Third item: Ellen Tracy dress. Original price: $118. bought on clearance for $9.99! Again, this one’s a little plain for me, but for that price I can work it! I think with some cool jewelry and shoes this could be a cute day dress!

This weekend I went to Marshall’s (not as good as TJ’s..) but I did find a cute top. This is an Angie top (found in the Junior’s section) for $12.99. I really like the tribal theme, and the embellishment on the straps and around the front. I actually wore this top today to school, and then it transitioned into drinks with the girls! So yeah, it’s really versatile- I wore black skinny jeans and chunky black sandals with my hair up, and I thought it definitely worked from daytime-night. 

btw: I also saw Inception this weekend… LOVED IT. go and see it, it’s great!

Diane Kruger. I feel I have to dedicate at least one post to my style icon. She can never go wrong in my eyes; her style is timeless. Oh, and Joshua Jackson and Diane are the cutest couple EVER. It’s almost sickening.

Oh TJ Maxx.. I stopped by there yesterday (right after my shoe extravaganza) and took A LOT of things into the dressing room, but only ended up buying one thing. I got this French Atmosphere purple silk top for $12. I really like the dark purple color, zipper down the front, and T-shaped straps in the back. I’ll either wear it alone with skinny jeans and heels for going out, or tucked into a black pencil skirt and with a blazer for a more professional look.
